Getting ready to leave.

I have no clue who he was

Maria, Carla and I
This is a view of Carnival. We had a lot of fun. I really had fun making my bubble wrap dress! There were more guys dressed as girls at this party, I was ready to tell them that if they wanted they could keep the high heels and mini skirts.

Pay it forward

A friend of mine has this on her blog and I thought it sounded like so much fun. So this is how it works..... The first 3 people to leave a comment on this will receive a hand made gift from me during this year. When and what will be a surprise. There's a small catch...You knew there would be didn't you? Post this on your blog then come back and leave a comment, telling me you're in. Fun, huh? Remember, only the first 3 comments receive the gift.

A day of snow!

A day of snow. This is what it looked like after I finally made it home which an adventure. I waited for a bus for an hour and then I started walking with some of my students. An out of service bus stopped for us and drove us as far as he could. We then got out and walked to the next bus stop where we found another bus, which was a miracle. Then I got off and finished walking to my apartment. A trip that takes less than 15 mintues took over 2 1/2 hours. I wish I had had my camera with me. These are pictures from my apartment and downstairs. It is still snowing...

I decided to get a picture of me on the ground since I was there a couple of times.

Monna, Emeline and another professor

This is me with my bandaged sprained thumb, looking really good in the medical office, I know it was ridiculous but it so could have been worse for the slope I went down for my first time. The others told me I was amazing for it being my first time. That made me happy! It really was a lot of fun and not that hard at all.

Sant Antoni in Le Seu

Barry and I are ready to head to Le Seu

I will tell you, I was scared sometimes. Not all of the other horses were as calm as Barry and it scared me being so close to them.

Wow, I did it and I never even fell off. It was funny though, going back to the stables we had to go down a little hill and threw a river, I was scared to death. It was so funny, I am glad only the owner saw me make a fool of myself!

Horseback riding in Le Seu

This is Brady, the Arabian I will be riding next weekend for Sant Antoni, to be blessed.

This is Alaska, isn't she pretty!
Alaska and I become friends!

I can't remeber the name if this one but he was a very big horse.
Maria, one of my students from the school I used to teach at took me to Le Seu with her to see her mare and the other horses. It was extremely cold but a lot of fun. And the Arabian horses were beautiful.

Parade of Kings in Barcelona

I didn't plan on going for the parade but they told me about it and I just happened to be there. It was a lot of fun.
