Saying goodbye

Party at school with one of my classes. Elayne and I at our catalan class party

I was only trying to lick the knife
And she was trying to stab me, haha

We got small as the year went on

My Catalan class
Ok, so it is a time for goodbyes. I tried to download the video from the Branch but it won't work. I will keep trying. These are the other 2 parties I have had. It has been a lot of fun and I will never forget this experience and the friendships I've made.

I can't find a way to the beach so I brought the beach to me!!

The water got really cold or I did at least

mmmmm, s'mores!!!

roasting Hotdogs and marshmellows, they ended up with a blueberry taste thanks to my candle

It got too cold and actually rained for a little while

Nice warm water to relax in
Xanguet and me (I renamed him because this name fits him better than the other. It means whitebait, long story )

Slow process but warmer water!!

The pictures are from bottom to top again, I used to be able to move them around but it won't let me. What happened to promt me to do this is along story and so after a long noght of no sleep and many tears I went and bought a swimming pool. I tried really hard not to think about other things and just have fun but it wasn't easy. The colder weather today didn't help either but hopefully it improves so I can enjoy my pool my last few weeks here.

Canolich

It was a beautiful sight
Up at the church

My car

My open roofed house

The sound of Music moment

My walking stick, it really helped

The bread

People waiting for their free bread

A man and his dolly

he reminded me of my nephew, what a cutie

climbing up the mountain

The flag

Canolich is areligious holiday but it didn't seem so religious to me. We hiked up the mountain, young and old, to a little church. They had a service but most of the people were just wainting for the bread. I took one loaf and felt strange, everyone else took as much as they could fit into their bags. I guess I need to stop worrying about others and be more like them, I don't know. We then had a little picnic before going back down the mountain. It was a good experience and I got to take part in their culture!
